It is a kitchen appliance which is used to cook or reheat food easily in no minutes by emitting microwaves. Microwaves are a form of electromagnetic radiation and are on the low energy end of the energy spectrum, second to radio waves. These waves are generated by something called a magnetron which is almost found in every microwave oven.
Here are the list of foods you should never reheat in the microwave.
As we all know that microwave oven work on extreme intensity of electromagnetic radiations so if we boiled eggs in oven or even reheat the egg the proteins contained in eggs whether boiled or scrambled can be toxic. If we warm already boiled eggs or boiling eggs in the microwave it would ends on complete disaster, due to the steam build up, pressure rises and it explodes so beware of doing this.
Celery, beets and spinach
When we reheat spinach, beets or cerely in the microwave oven it can cause the nitrates to become toxic and hazardous to health. The microwave oven creates a warm and moist environment for the bacteria to proliferate and though heat produced has been associated with carcinogenic properties. So its better to always served fresh.

Placing sausages, bacon, ham etc in the microwave result in higher production of cholesterol oxidations products which are harmful to arterial cells directly connected to heart problems.
Many people always put frozen meat in microwave oven in order to defrost it, but serious speaking it’s totally a very bad idea. Because microwave heat unevenly penetrate to meat and allow to cook even edges it will allow bacteria to grow exposing it to food borne diseases or even may cause vomiting or food poisoning. It is best to use the old traditional methods of thawing. Defrost it in the fridge overnight.
Warm temperatures would be quite favorable condition for the growth of a rare bacteria called botulism. Botulism can cause serious health conditions such as paralysis. so finish potatoes immediately or store left over in the refrigerator immediately and don’t reheat them.
