In almost 15 to 25% of labors it is very common and first sign when the amniotic sac fluid (it is a fluid filled sac which surrounds the baby) break or rupture, resulting gushing of liquid from your vagina, just like urine but its pressure is more than urine and not smelly like urine, so you clearly differentiate it. You even have no control over the flow and the panty liner is inadequate to absorb the fluid. So don’t feel embarrassed in such case, it is quite common with many women in their last stage of pregnancy. Water bag can break any time during labor or birth.

Baby “Drops :

Lightening means your baby drop and settled deeper into mother’s pelvis.  Mother might not even realize that her pregnant belly has changed its appearance. It is also a good sign of early labor, but some women don’t experience ‘lightening’ at all and that’s fine. If baby doesn’t drop, it doesn’t mean you won’t go into labor or baby won’t fit. Some good contractions will help mother to deliver baby.
